i-DUST-2018: 4-5 June, 2018

The 7th edition of the inter-Disciplinary Underground Science & Technology (i-DUST 2018) international conference took place in the wonderful premises of the University d'Avignon et du Pays de Vaucluse in the centre of Avignon on June 4-5, 2018. i-DUST 2018 welcomed 49 attendees from Switzerland, Portugal, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Canada and United Kingdom. Several topics related to underground science were discussed as astroparticles biology, geosciences, history, microelectronics and modeling. 27 papers including 4 invited talks, 23 publications were presented at the conference. 12 extended papers were reviewed and accepted for publication in E3S Web of Conferences. They are all accessible in open access from this page. For this i-DUST edition, all talks from the different topics were mixed within each session to facilitate the interactions associated to inter-disciplinary science, which was much appreciated by attendees. Next i-DUST 2020 conference is planned on spring 2020, either in Avignon or in another town around LSBB, may be Cadarache or Aix-En-Provence.
